Responsibilities

• Relationship building and communicating with both clients and candidates
• Working from in house company database and developing accounts
• Advertising and Marketing job vacancies
• Resourcing & Headhunting for candidates who meet your clients' needs
• Negotiating fees
• Managing job offers
• Closing deals
