Job summary

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated, enthusiastic and innovative individual to join RDASH Talking Therapies. We have 3 positions available – 1 with NHS Doncaster Talking Therapies and 2 with NHS Rotherham Talking Therapies.

Training Programme

In this role, you will provide High Intensity CBT interventions while undertaking a programme of training that commences in March 2026 in collaboration with the University of Sheffield. The programme requires you to attend taught and self‑study days two days a week.

Responsibilities
  • Provide High Intensity CBT interventions to clients with common mental health problems in primary care.
  • Attend taught and self‑study days provided by the University two days a week.
  • Work 37.5 hours per week, including face‑to‑face clinics at either the Doncaster or Rotherham service.
  • On successful completion of the course, work towards and maintain full accreditation with the BABCP.
  • Work as a fixed‑term contract for 12 months, which may become a permanent band 7 High Intensity CBT post upon successful completion of the course.
