An exciting opportunity has become available within a Large established Retail Company and as a result of it's growth, I have an exciting opportunity within the Finance Team for an ambitious Trainee Accounts Assistant to join this busy team and grow along with the Company. This role would ideally suit a 2:2 graduate who has a passion for Accountancy, development and willing to be an integral part of the team.

Initial duties for the successful applicant will include

• Bank Reconciliations
• Purchase Ledger Duties
• Assisting with updating Daily Cashflow
• Assisting with Daily Payment Reconciliations
• Assisting with Month End processes
• Assisting with Payroll duties
• Adhoc tasks and project work.

The ideal candidate would be someone who has started or looking to start AAT, wanting a challenge, relishes a busy environment and keen to work long term towards a professional accounting qualification.

You should have excellent attention to detail, be wanting to forge ahead with a career in Finance and grow within this exciting business.

1 years previous experience within finance is preferred, however on job training and support will be heavily invested in for the right candidate, good communication skills and a strong working knowledge of excel are required to be successful in this role.
