The Role
Reporting into the Regional Field Manager, you will:
- Build and nurture relationships with convenience retailers - from store managers to regional decision-makers.
- Drive new product distribution and ensure promotional compliance across your stores.
- Maximise brand visibility through creative in-store merchandising and impactful POS execution.
- Partner with distributor teams to deliver flawless promotional and activation execution.Track, report and analyse field activity to identify opportunities and successes.
- Work autonomously in your territory while collaborating with internal Monster and distributor teams.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous sales or retail experience - ideally in FMCG or grocery. (You might currently be a convenience/grocery store supervisor, merchandiser, or assistant looking to break into field sales!)
- Energetic, proactive, and commercially driven - you love meeting people and influencing outcomes.
- Confident communicator with excellent time-management skills.
- Comfortable using MS Office and digital reporting tools.
- Must hold a valid driving licence and be willing to travel daily across the Watford-Kent region.
