You’ll own the delivery and continuous improvement of DAZN’s reward and benefits programmes across the UK and globally. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead the annual salary review and bonus cycles, manage benefits vendors, deliver long-term incentive schemes, and ensure compliance with evolving reporting requirements such as Gender Pay Gap and EU Pay Transparency.
You’ll also play a vital part in integrating a large acquisition (~1,500 employees), ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment across our global people agenda.
