Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8‑10 years in construction supervision, with at least 5 on infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience managing $100M+ projects in urban settings.
  • Willingness to relocate to Toronto, Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily on‑site activities, coordinating trades and subcontractors.
  • Develop and maintain short-term construction schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Review engineering drawings and ensure quality compliance.
  • Track labour and material costs to stay within budget.
  • Liaise with city officials and prepare progress reports.
  • Mentor junior staff and evaluate subcontractor performance.
  • Anticipate and manage site risks.
