A major NHS healthcare provider in the City of Westminster is seeking a scheduler to cover maternity leave. The role involves booking patients for pre-assessment appointments and surgery, collaborating with specialty managers, and developing efficient scheduling processes. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic team player focused on patient care within a respected healthcare environment.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated team player to take up the position of scheduler to cover maternity leave.
The post holder will join the centralised scheduling service that is responsible for booking patients in for their pre-assessment appointments and surgery at the Royal London Hospital. We have a large well-staffed centralised scheduling department responsible for booking all surgery in the three operating theatre suites at the Royal London Hospital site.
You will also work closely with speciality managers and clinicians to monitor performance and develop new approaches to meet the challenging scheduling needs that the Royal London Hospital poses over the coming years.
