Job description
Overview

We are looking for an ODP/RN to join our team in Urology and Gynaecology theatres here at the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital. We are cohesive, friendly and supportive team. The role will give you the opportunity to work within Robotic theatres, and as part of a team leading the development of innovative new Gynaecological surgical procedures. Both specialities have a one team ethos, and there is a good working relationship between the surgeons, anaesthetists and the theatre teams.

Responsibilities

Main duties of the job: The successful candidate will pride themselves on having a passion on delivering excellent patient centred care on their Peri-Operative pathway. As post holder you will work as a competent member of the team, supporting the philosophy of multi-skilling and integration of theatre personnel. You will be an accountable practitioner, taking every opportunity to sustain and improve knowledge and professional competence in all aspects of peri-operative care. To support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUH\'s PRIDE values of People focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence and demonstrate behaviours that support and encourage an inclusive culture.
