Trafford Elective Surgical Hub (TESH) is a newly established service aimed to increase surgical capacity, while embracing the HPL programme to help reduce the backlog of patients waiting for planning operations. The hub provides elective services across several specialties and operates nine theatres with recovery areas; two more theatres are under construction to expand services. We are closely linked with Ward 12 (surgical admission unit) and provide a mix of day case and inpatient care.
You will support the Team Managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support the wider nursing team as an advocate and role model.
We are seeking staff who are open, honest and focused on excellence, with a commitment to compassionate, respectful and dignified patient care. You will be part of a team that continually grows and learns with patient care at the center of the role.
