The home-based role requires a proactive individual with proven field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a full UK driving licence. Overview

Territory Account Manager – East Yorkshire | Home-Based

Working on behalf of our client, a family-owned, fourth-generation business with an outstanding reputation, we are seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager to join their team. Covering the East Yorkshire region, you'll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with an established client base of around 250 customers, while also identifying new opportunities for growth.

This is a home-based role with regular travel to customer sites, so you'll need to be proactive, organised, and confident in building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits and ongoing support
  • Conduct business reviews to identify opportunities for growth and upselling
  • Keep customer records up to date using internal IT systems
  • Promote products and services to maximise sales potential
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless deliveries and excellent customer service
  • Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
  • Resolve customer queries and issues quickly and effectively
  • Proactively prospect and secure new customers to grow your portfolio
About You
  • Proven field sales experience, ideally within food, hospitality, or retail (full product training provided)
  • A consultative approach to sales, focused on building strong, long-term relationships
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously from home
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence essential
