Overview

Temporary Christmas Sales Associate - Part Time - Commission, incentives and great staff discount. Christmas is a wonderful time in our stores, a period when customers seek quality service and a festive atmosphere. You will help create memorable experiences, assist customers with jewellery or watches, and ensure they leave gift-wrapped with a positive impression.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service and create memorable experiences for a diverse range of customers.
  • Answer questions, showcase products, and help the team meet sales targets during the Christmas period.
  • Gift-wrap purchases and reflect the brand, culture, and customers of H. Samuel.
  • Embody a fashion-conscious, business-casual dress code and celebrate individual styles while representing the brand.
Your background

You should have a passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable experiences. While jewellery experience is not required, you should have an interest in jewellery products and brands. A positive, can-do attitude and an ability to start conversations with a diverse range of customers are essential.
