Overview

Temporary Christmas Sales Associate — Part Time — Commission, incentives and great staff discount. Christmas is a wonderful time in our stores, when customers seek quality service and a festive atmosphere. You will help create memorable customer experiences, assisting customers with jewellery, watches or gift items and ensuring they leave with gift-wrapped purchases.

This role offers retail experience and jewellery knowledge that you can share with customers. During peak trading periods, you may work additional hours and be part of a team focused on meeting targets.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers by answering questions, showcasing products and helping the team meet targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service to create memorable experiences.
  • Gift-wrap purchases and ensure customers leave satisfied.
  • Learn quickly about products and gain jewellery knowledge to share with customers.
