Remote Training and Location

This is a remote position that requires 3 weeks training in our Stockport Office. Travel and accommodation will be provided if over 30 miles and 1.5 hours travel time. Please do not apply if you are unable to commit to training.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct telesales calls to potential clients, introducing Takepayments' range of payment solutions.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities selling on the call.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to potential clients.
  • Accurately update and maintain customer information and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process and customer experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in telesales.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of motivation and drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and remain resilient in a fast-paced setting.
