Are you a great communicator who loves making a difference? Adecco is recruiting Telephone Researchers to help Leicestershire Police gather valuable public feedback that drives real service improvements.

Key Details
  • Working 12 hours per week
  • Shift times: 6pm to 9pm, Monday to Thursday
  • Based at Leicestershire Police Force HQ, Enderby
  • Hourly Rate: £12.55 per hour
What You'll Do
  • Conduct friendly, structured telephone interviews with members of the public.
  • Listen carefully, ask probing questions, and record accurate responses.
  • Be empathetic, professional, and courteous on every call.
  • Help the police understand community needs by gathering important data.
What We're Looking For
  • Advanced typing skills.
  • Good Excel skills.
  • Experience speaking with the public on the phone or face-to-face.
  • Ability to follow scripts and work towards KPIs.
  • Strong listening skills and a compassionate approach.
  • Quick to learn new software and follow guidelines.
  • Must have lived continuously in the UK for the past 3 years (Police requirement).
