The Job

As a Telecommunications Trainer / Telecommunication Tutor, you will deliver engaging, industry-relevant training across Level 2 and Level 3 Telecoms and IT apprenticeships and Bootcamps. You will support learners from enrolment through to achievement, ensuring they develop strong technical competence and workplace-ready skills.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering classroom-based and online training for telecoms and IT apprenticeships and Bootcamps
  • Teaching and assessing telecoms installation, fibre optics, and field engineering units
  • Supporting learners to improve technical ability, confidence, and employability
  • Embedding real-world telecoms experience into training delivery
  • Monitoring learner progress and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance
Ideal Candidate

You will be a strong fit for this role. If you have:

  • Industry experience within telecommunications, fibre networks, or field engineering
  • A Level 3 qualification or equivalent hands‑on industry experience
  • A genuine passion for developing learners and supporting apprenticeships and Bootcamps
