Overview

JOB TITLE: Ultrasound Technician/Field Service Engineer

THE COMPANY: Our client is the UK's leading independent expert specialising in the repair and servicing of electronic medical equipment/instrumentation – specifically ultrasounds. They have earned a reputation for quality service by continually investing in cutting-edge technology and maintaining a well-trained, motivated workforce.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out preventative maintenance on client sites UK-wide (generally hospitals); approximately 3 days per week away from home
• Providing advice and support to customers
• Delivering and collecting loan equipment from customers
• Maintaining and developing relationships with customers
• Probe repairs when in the workshop

Qualifications

• Experience of visiting customer sites, ideally hospitals
• Technical background
• Good team player
• Take pride in your work
• Excellent communication skills in a customer-facing role
• High level of dexterity
• Driving license

Salary: Depending on experience, 10% performance-related bonus
