A global service provider is looking for a Technical Services Manager to lead asset management standards ensuring compliance within healthcare estates. You will engage with site teams and stakeholders while optimizing operational performance. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in a complex PFI environment, possesses strong change management skills, and holds a degree in building engineering or a related discipline. This role offers a hybrid work environment with up to £70,000 salary.

Hours: 40 Hours per week
Location: Hybrid (Regular Site Visits)
As a Technical Services Manager, you will be at the forefront of Asset Management and Technical Standards within our Healthcare Estates. Working closely with site leadership, contract teams, and strategic groups, you will ensure our assets are maintained to the highest standards, compliant with NHS and industry regulations, and aligned with our organisational objectives.
Your expertise will support the continuous improvement of our Asset Management Plans, oversee data collection and management within our PIM and CMMS systems, and lead complex projects to optimise operational performance. This is a customer facing, influential role that demands technical excellence, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking.
