Overview

We are seeking a Technical Programme Manager to lead and implement a new system strategy. The team is undergoing changes, and this role will help establish the right structure and governance to deliver high-impact technology programmes.

This position involves overseeing system strategy across multiple tools, addressing duplication, and ensuring better governance. The current environment includes managing approximately £20m/year in system spend, with a need to consolidate and optimise systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct top-down audits of existing systems and tools.
• Define and implement a holistic system strategy.
• Create clear work frames and project milestones.
• Manage implementation projects (e.g. Stackzig).
• Deliver high-impact programmes with senior-level sponsorship.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing technical programmes
• Strong communication and confidence in working with technology teams.
• Familiarity with AWS backend architecture (preferred).
• Experience in consumer tech or travel sectors, ideally with companies of 750-1,500 employees.
