A leading facilities management company is seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage incidents and support various systems. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of MS Office 365 and Windows, with at least one year of experience in IT support. About the Role
Salary: £24,270.76 + LW £3,729.24

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
As the first point of contact for incidents within the prison’s IT department, you will prioritise and manage cases to successful resolution. You will assist Sodexo employees in using various networks, CCTV, alarm, and cell call systems, ensuring they operate equipment effectively. Where possible, you will resolve IT issues independently and collaborate with the Technical Operations Manager and Engineer to identify problems, find workarounds, and implement permanent solutions.
You will work proactively, developing and proposing changes to improve service delivery across all supported systems, including TV, CCTV, alarms, cell call, kiosks, and phone systems. Managing networks in compliance with IS&T Security and information assurance standards — including ISO27001, GDPR, MoJ, and SPS accreditation — will be essential.
