You are a Manager from an Electrical Engineering background looking for an opportunity to step into a senior leadership role where you will be given the autonomy to mould a team and put your stamp on the business, while becoming the "right hand" to the Managing Director and to be recognised as a go-to technical expert in a highly specialised industry. You will join an internationally renowned organisation and have autonomy to manage a team, make key decisions to shape the future growth of the company and progress your career to the next level. The company manufactures specialist electrical products used by large data centres and organisations in the industrial and commercial sectors, including UPS systems and switchgears. Due to retirement of a long-standing member of the team, this is an opportunity to contribute in a highly autonomous role with high level technical support spanning from initial specification to project delivery, including health and safety and accreditation.
