Job description

You will be responsible for a range of technical and production services that support the core business of the Beck Theatre. You will ensure that best practices are followed for maximum efficiency and that the most suitable and safe working environment is attained for employees and visitors. You will ensure that the venue's facilities, equipment and plant are maintained to a high standard that complies with all relative legal regulations.

Proven successful management of permanent and freelance technical staff, promoting an ethos of excellence.

• Proven personal experience in technical roles relevant to modern producing and receiving theatres.
• Proven experience of the management of a full and effective technical service within a theatre or other live arts/events venue.
• Proven successful experience of the management of Health and Safety at Work in an environment comparable with that of a theatre or entertainment complex.
• Experienced in risk assessment writing and review.

The Beck Theatre is a vibrant west London venue presenting a mix of live performance and events. Parkwood Theatres have secured a 10 year contract to manage the 600 seat theatre.
