Responsibilities:

• Translate business objectives into technical features and user stories to guide product development and delivery
• Utilize IT Delivery Frameworks and DevOps practices to facilitate CI/CD pipelines for smooth delivery
• Conduct system and data analysis to identify improvements and inform decisions
• Assist with managing product roadmaps, prioritization, and backlog refinement, collaborating with product owners, developers, architects, and QA teams

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in designing and developing technology-based products
• Experience with technical architecture and technical writing
• Skills in data analysis, data modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI); willingness to learn database schemas and data manipulation
• Ability to facilitate end-to-end delivery from research to release
• Experience in managing agile backlogs and understanding delivery methodologies like Scrum, SAFE, and Waterfall
• Interest in contributing to the growth of the internal BA community
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, changing environments

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in sectors such as Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and Retail
• Supporting internal operations like recruitment, client development, line management, training, and mentoring
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, User-Centered Design, etc.
