An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Technical Architect with Retrofit experience to join a dynamic and growing Development Consultancy team based in London to bridge the gap between design, planning, finance, and delivery. If you're an ARB-registered professional with strong technical design skills and a passion for sustainable refurbishment, this could be your next big move.

The Role

• Deliver high-quality technical solutions on retrofit and regeneration schemes. Work across RIBA stages 3-4, with responsibilities including:
• Developing robust construction details for existing buildings and external envelope/cladding packages.
• Supporting the design and delivery of retrofit projects from concept through to technical delivery.
• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of buildability and compliance.
• Leading and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.

Requirements / What they are looking for

• Excellent technical detailing skills and knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with PHPP is highly desirable.
