We're looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who thrives at the intersection of technology and people. You'll act as the trusted advisor for key clients, combining technical expertise with first-class account management skills to ensure long-term success.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Be the trusted advisor - build strong, lasting client relationships and serve as the go-to contact for all technical needs.
  2. Solve real business challenges - understand customer goals and translate them into innovative technical solutions.
  3. Drive onboarding & adoption - support customers through implementation, integration, and deployment.
  4. Keep clients ahead - provide expert guidance, demos, workshops, and ongoing training to maximise value.
  5. Own escalations - resolve complex technical challenges swiftly and effectively.
  6. Grow accounts - identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring renewals and retention.
  7. Influence the future - collect feedback and shape the roadmap of next-generation solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a technical, client-facing role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success, etc.)
  • Strong technical knowledge across areas such as cloud, SaaS, networking, cybersecurity, or business applications
  • Exceptional communication skills - you can make the complex simple
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Comfortable with tools like CRM, ticketing systems, and productivity platforms
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
