This role focuses on building long-term customer relationships and partnering with clients to understand and address their needs related to vehicles, mobility, and accessibility products.
This is not a cold-calling, high-pressure sales role. Around 80% of your time will be spent managing and growing existing customer accounts, ensuring they are supported, introduced to new product ranges, and getting the best value from the solutions you provide. You will still identify opportunities for growth (around 20% of the role), but this is about developing relationships and adding value rather than making endless outbound calls. The role is home-based anywhere in the UK, with around 60% travel across the UK and Europe to visit clients, attend demos, and support events.
