Overview

Sanctuary Personnel has a new permanent position for a Team Manager within the SPA/MASH Team to work full time for Achieving for Children, Windsor & Maidenhead. Salary up to £64,198 per annum.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing SPA/MASH Team, maintaining high standards of practice and ensuring adherence to statutory timescales.
  • Report directly to the Associate Director, providing updates on team performance and safeguarding activity.
  • Facilitate and lead multi-agency audits to ensure coordinated safeguarding responses.
  • Attend and contribute to MAPPA meetings, representing the SPA/MASH Team.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports to internal and external boards to ensure the service meets strategic goals and national requirements.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the SPA in the Single Point of Access, coordinating services and strengthening relationships with partner agencies.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to team members, including Assistant Team Managers, Social Workers, Contact Information Officers, and Business Support Officers.
Requirements
  • A Social Work Qualification or equivalent.
  • Understanding of relevant legislation.
  • Registered or eligible for registration.
