Working for our organisation

You will be part of a multicultural and diverse workforce across various health disciplines, including Medical, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Allied Health Professionals, and Senior Management. You will interact with professionals from statutory and voluntary organisations and our service users.

As the bed manager, you will be a valued team member working alongside an experienced, dynamic, and diverse staff group. An induction will be provided, including working alongside colleagues and the team manager to support your integration into the role.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

  • Work with the Service Manager to deliver integrated governance requirements, including preparing policies, procedures, clinical policies, and standards.
  • Ensure full compliance of team members with mechanisms supporting clinical delivery, including records management, data entry, practice development, incident reporting, serious untoward incident review, and handling complaints.
