Initial 2 weeks office based. Then up to 2 days from home dependent on needs of service.
We are seeking candidates with the management and supervisory skills to be able to hit the ground running supporting the Access (front door) and Older people Review Team.
There is the expectation for candidates to be office based daily for the first 2 weeks Day to day operational cover of the OP Review team and Access team; To provide visible leadership, direction to the team. To provide supervision and line management to deputy team manager and Access team staff. To ensure service budgets are monitored and controlled, to quality check and approve assessments and care plans and contact forms ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Offering support, information and guidance to unqualified workers.
