Birmingham Children's Trust is seeking an experienced and committed Team Manager to join our Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC) service on a locum basis to provide sickness cover. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a rewarding leadership role, supporting a team that works with some of the most vulnerable young people in our care. As Team Manager, you will lead a dedicated group of Personal Advisors and oversee Duty operations to ensure high-quality support and planning for young people leaving care. You\'ll work within a service that upholds restorative practice, relationship-based working, and a strong safeguarding culture.
