Job description
Team Leader – Retail Stocktaking Shift Leader

Salary: £13.78 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.30 + £1.48) plus £290 per month car allowance.
Location: Luton.
Pay Access: Wages available 3–7 days after shift completion with immediate start and holiday pay.

Shift Pattern & Hours

Days: Monday to Sunday (up to 5 days in a 7‑day working pattern, with possible flexibility).
Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts.
Travel: Required to a different client site each day; occasional overnight stays may be necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Manage teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering end‑to‑end stock‑taking service on our client sites.
  • Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service on all sites.
  • Complete stock counts accurately and within the given time frame.
  • Monitor and improve team productivity where possible.
  • Maintain a safe working environment – prolonged standing, use of step stools and ladders, and work with ground and high level stock.
Person Specification
  • Full driving licence.

  • Ability to remain focused under pressure.
  • Time‑management skills and ability to work without immediate supervision.
