A prominent healthcare provider in Southall is seeking a full-time Band 8a Team Manager to lead clinical and operational services. We are recruiting one full‑time Band 8a Team Manager to join our well‑established team working across the West London footprint. This is a newly created position following a re‑tendering process with NHS England, with the new contract going live at the start of November 2025. We are part of the North London Forensic Collaborative (NLFC), the largest forensic Provider Collaborative in England, a partnership between forensic services within five NHS trusts across North London.
In collaboration, we will provide the Integrated Non‑Custodial Liaison and Diversion Services across North London, including Primary Care Men's Mental Health Treatment Requirements (a London first) and a new Pathway for Voluntary Attendance, with wraparound community support from Waythrough, our voluntary sector partner. Our aim is to improve health outcomes, reduce police contact and re‑offending, and avert crisis‑related situations.
