We’re seeking a Team Assistant to join a prestigious investment firm supporting their high-performing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone driven, steady, and someone who takes pride in enabling senior leaders to thrive.

Joining a close-knit, collaborative group of assistants, you’ll play a vital role in supporting Managing Directors and senior stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations day-to-day. From managing complex schedules to overseeing international travel, your calm, organised approach will help keep everything running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who values discretion, consistency, and building long-term trusted relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage demanding diaries across UK and U.S. time zones
  • Schedule meetings and calls with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate complex international travel and detailed itineraries
  • Prepare agendas, briefing packs, and meeting documents
  • Process expenses promptly and accurately
Requirements
  • 3–6 years’ experience as a Team Assistant, with at least 3 years in financial services (Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Asset Management preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • A calm, confident, and people-focused demeanour
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively behind the scenes

This is a 12-month assignment with strong potential to extend and transition long-term career there.

5 days in office, with minimal overtime

£26 inclusive of holiday
