A healthcare organization is seeking a team administrator for their 0-19 Service in Uxbridge. The successful candidate will provide crucial clerical support to health visiting and school nursing teams, ensuring efficient operation of the service. Strong interpersonal and IT skills are essential, alongside a flexible approach to meet the needs of the organization. This role requires handling sensitive information discreetly and contributing to the overall efficiency of health services.
We are looking to recruit a team administrator to join our 0-19 Service in Hillingdon. The post holder will be based in the South West team situated in Beaufort House, Uxbridge and as part of the role will also be expected to travel to and attend weekly baby clinics to provide administrative support at local clinics and children's centres. Please note that in order to meet the needs of the Trust's service, you may be required to provide cover to other teams from time to time to work outside your normal place of work. The Trust reserves the right to change your normal place of work to any other location within the Trust.

The post holder will be responsible for providing efficient and high-quality clerical support to the Health Visiting and School Nursing teams across Hillingdon and will be an integral part of their team in order to maintain smooth running and operation of their service, working closely with the Operational and Business Support Manager and clinical staff. The post holder will have excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate effectively with service users, carers, health professionals and team members. In addition, the post holder must possess good IT skills and be able to analyse and interpret data. They will be required to help maintain clinical database systems, and assist with clinical audits and information monitoring. The post holder will work under own initiative with a flexible and adaptable approach to the job role in order to meet the changing service needs. This role will involve a high level of discretion and confidentiality as the post holder will come into contact with some sensitive patient and staff data and information.
