Location:Spilsby
Salary Range: £85 - £100 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Time: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Whether you’re working one-on-one or in small groups, you’ll guide students through challenges and help them reach their full potential. Your role will be key in helping every child succeed and thrive!

Role Accountabilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
• Support students in theirsocial, emotional, and academicdevelopment.
• Provideone-on-one and small group supportto pupils who require additional help.
• Foster apositive and inclusivelearning environment.
• Help with classroom organisation, behaviour management, and lesson preparation.

Role Requirements:

• Experience as aTeaching Assistantor in a similar role within a school environment.
• A truepassion for educationand a strong desire to see students succeed.
• Strongcommunication and collaboration skillsto work seamlessly with teachers and students.
• A recognised TA qualification (Level 2 or 3) is desirable.
• Theability to adaptandsupport various learning stylesand classroom dynamics.
• Anupdated CV(covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and anenhanced DBSregistered to theupdate service(or willingness to apply for one).
