What You'll Do

  • Lead professional development and coaching to support staff in delivering outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment.
  • Champion inclusive, aspirational, and innovative practices aligned with our strategic priorities and the Teaching for Excellence and Elevate Programme.
  • Conduct developmental learning walks and observations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Design and deliver impactful CPD, induction programmes, and peer learning opportunities.
  • Collaborate across departments to lead strategic projects and share best practice.
  • Act as a digital advocate, supporting the integration of learning technologies.
  • Teach a nominal number of hours in your area of specialism to stay connected to the classroom.
