Responsibilities

Job description

The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey and were looking for a Talent Partner to be part of our vibrant founder‑led company. If you’re passionate about working in a fast‑paced environment and eager to contribute to a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C brands this is your chance to make a significant impact! As our Talent Partner you will lead a true 360 talent acquisition process across The GelBottle Inc. and its group of subsidiaries. From job spec creation, hands‑on interviewing and proactively managing onboarding you’ll ensure every stage of the hiring journey is seamless, inclusive and aligned with our company objectives. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week onsite fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and enabling close collaboration across teams. You’ll work cross‑functionally with HR SLT Events and Social teams to support recruitment, onboarding, internal engagement and employer branding. You’ll also drive operational efficiency, manage our PSL and deliver insights to the Senior Leadership Team for our global teams.
