Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Employee Engagement.
• Strong project management and stakeholder influence skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and talent technology platforms.
• Excel in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Top-notch communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Implement operational and administrative activities that support talent initiatives.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to identify talent gaps.
• Oversee mentorship programmes and engage participants.
• Plan and execute cohort-based programmes with senior leaders.
• Conduct evaluations and analyze engagement metrics.
• Craft updates for stakeholders regarding talent initiatives.
• Advise HR and business partners on talent priorities.
