Job description
Overview

Our Talent Acquisition team is redefining how we attract, assess and hire exceptional talent, challenging traditional recruitment models and delivering a candidate experience that reflects the pace and precision of our business. We’re hiring a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for all support and operational roles across our multi-strategy trading and market making divisions. This is a full-time, permanent position, reporting directly to the Global Chief People Officer (GCPO).

This is a strategic opportunity for an individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the nuances of financial services hiring and can independently manage stakeholders across diverse geographies and seniority levels. You’ll shape our talent infrastructure as we scale, embedding governance, DEI and innovation into every stage of the hiring process.

What you will do
  • Own and execute the end-to-end recruitment cycle across Europe, APAC, and the US for support and operational functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, shape recruitment strategies and deliver high-quality hires.
  • Directly source candidates across levels from junior analysts to senior operational leaders using social media, referrals, networks, and databases.
  • Act as the Greenhouse superuser, managing the ATS as the first point of contact for system issues, configuration changes, and process improvements, while championing best practice usage, ensuring data integrity, workflow optimisation, and reporting accuracy.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments and offer processes, ensuring a market-leading candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines by proactively engaging with passive candidates and succession-ready profiles.
  • Manage relationships with approved recruitment partners and external vendors.
  • Lead talent acquisition governance, embedding consistency, compliance and strategic alignment.
  • Drive DEI hiring practices, ensuring inclusive sourcing, selection, and reporting standards while also playing an active role as a member of the DEI Committee, supporting wider firm initiatives.
  • Evaluate and implement AI tools to enhance sourcing, screening, and decision-making.
  • Support the wider HR team on recruitment-related initiatives and cross-functional projects.
What you need
  • Minimum 3+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally within financial services or high-growth trading environments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships with autonomy and clarity.
  • Strong command of Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.
  • Experience designing job specs, interview criteria, and assessment frameworks.
  • Familiarity with DEI frameworks and ethical AI in recruitment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a bias for action.
  • Confidence in communicating with traders, technologists, and senior leadership alike.
What we offer
  • A great environment whereby technology is key to our success.
  • The upside of a start-up without the associated risks.
  • Friendly, informal and highly rewarding culture.
  • A fast-growing global firm with plenty of opportunities where you will have a significant impact.
