Overview

This is a clerical opportunity within South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnership’s Performance and Support Service Team. Vacancies are available in several local offices with varying hours and contract types.

Vacancies and locations
  • East Kilbride Local Office – Permanent 17.5 hour post. Working alternate Wednesday 08:45–16:45, Thursday 08:45–16:45, Friday 08:45–16:15.
  • Cambuslang Local Office – Permanent 35 hour post. Monday–Friday (Mon–Thu 08:45–16:45, Fri 08:45–16:15).
  • Jimmy Swinburne Centre / Laighstonehall Road – Permanent 35 hour post. Monday–Friday (08:45–16:45/16:15).
  • Cambuslang Community Mental Health – Eastvale Resource Centre – Permanent 17.5 hour post. Monday–Friday 08:45–12:15.
  • Meldrum Gardens Residential Unit – Permanent 35 hour post. Monday–Friday (08:45–16:45/16:15).
  • Auchentibber Centre – Permanent 17.5 hour post. Monday, Tuesday and alternate Wednesdays (08:45–16:45).
  • Cambuslang Family Centre – Permanent 17.5 hour post. Monday, Tuesday and alternate Wednesdays (08:45–16:45).
Responsibilities
  • Undertake a wide variety of admin duties to support operational staff, including data input to the social work case management system, word processing, minute taking, arranging meetings using Outlook, maintaining spreadsheets, answering and fielding phone calls, using Multi-Functional Devices, scanning and indexing documents, and other general administrative tasks.
  • Provide a reliable reception/office support role where needed, with accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Qualifications and experience
  • Excellent knowledge of IT packages.
  • Experience of working as a receptionist or within an office is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.
