Are you ready to make a real impact in surgical care? Join us as a Surgical Solutions Manager and help shape the future of operating theatres across the Northern Home Counties. This field‑based role offers the chance to work closely with clinical teams, support innovative products and drive excellence in patient outcomes.
You’ll be the go‑to expert for our surgical solutions within our Sports Medicine portfolio, working side‑by‑side with hospital theatre teams to ensure the safe and effective use of Smith+Naphew products. Whether supporting existing customers or helping introduce our technology into new accounts, you’ll be a vital part of improving service provision and clinical efficiency. From managing stock and equipment to delivering hands‑on training, your work will directly influence patient care and hospital performance.
Success in the role will be determined by revenue and an improved service provision and efficiency in our business interactions with our customers. Much of this will happen in hospital theatre environment, and will assist with the ongoing support of our existing Smith+Naphew customers and help implement business in new accounts.
Ultimately it's about the safe and efficient clinical use of our products, helping manage stock and equipment and doing our bit to improve the customer experience with us.
