Company Overview

We're proud to be pioneers in social care, with over 100 national and regional awards in the past two years. Our Support Workers go the extra mile—and we go the extra mile for them. This role supports across four services in the Basingstoke area, all led by the same experienced and dedicated Service Leader. The services are located within a few miles of each other and are easily accessible by car or public transport. The people you'll support have a variety of needs, including personal care, mobility support using wheelchairs, and assistance to enjoy their hobbies and interests. Activities include bowling, café lunches, attending clubs, boat trips, and spending time with like-minded companions. You'll also support people with various forms of transport—some use their own mobility vehicles, while others enjoy travelling by bus, train, or taxi. A Full UK Driving licence is essential. Supporting physical health is an important part of the role, you'll be helping people live fulfilling lives, with dignity, choice, and respect at the heart of everything you do.
