Overview

Are you a caring individual wanting to support those in your local community? We're recruiting for a Support Worker to work in our Extra Care Scheme & Outreach service.

What will I be doing as a Support Worker?

As a Support Worker you will be working with residents in Jazz Court (Ashmead Square, Eastfield, Scarborough, North Yorkshire YO11 3EY) and the local community around Jazz Court. Your day to day will include:

• Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc.
• Supporting with medication administration
• Supporting with meal preparation
• Supporting with accessing the local community e.g., Shopping, activities, trips
• Supporting with day-to-day household duties
• Supporting with any other day to day routines
