A reputable social care organization in Gosport is seeking a part-time Waking Night Support Worker. In this rewarding role, you will provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs, ensuring their safety and dignity during the night. We're looking for compassionate individuals who can work independently. The role is ideal for those who are committed to making a difference in the lives of others.
Hours: 10 per week (2 nights per fortnight: 9pm–7am)
We’re looking for a caring and thoughtful Night Support Worker to join our team in Gosport. You’ll be supporting two gentlemen who share a specially adapted bungalow and have complex physical needs. This is a rewarding role where your presence brings comfort, safety, and dignity through the night.
Our team supports people with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, behaviours of distress, and other complex needs. If you’re kind, patient, and committed to making a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
