Waking Night Support Worker – Part Time (Gosport)

Hours: 10 per week (2 nights per fortnight: 9pm–7am)

Be the Calm in Someone’s Night

We’re looking for a caring and thoughtful Night Support Worker to join our team in Gosport. You’ll be supporting two gentlemen who share a specially adapted bungalow and have complex physical needs. This is a rewarding role where your presence brings comfort, safety, and dignity through the night.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Providing personal care and support with mobility (including moving and handling)
  • Monitoring wellbeing and ensuring a peaceful, safe environment overnight
  • Supporting with medication and health needs
  • Assisting with light household tasks like laundry and cleaning
  • Encouraging independence and helping individuals build life skills
