A dedicated care provider in Lower Hopton seeks a Support Worker to engage with adults with profound disabilities. Responsibilities include personal care, meal support, and community activities. Experience is valued but training will be provided. Applicants should demonstrate confidence, curiosity, and kindness. Full or Part-time (including alternate weekend working)
Starting between 5pm and 6pm, finishing at 10pm / 11pm, to meet the needs of the service.

Holly Court is a fifteen bed home with its own gardens, located on the main site in Mirfield. Split into three separate bungalows, it boasts three lounges, three communal assisted bathrooms and three kitchen / diners. Holly Court is a happy, lively home where adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities are supported in a person centred way to achieve their individual goals and live their best lives.
Being a Support Worker at Holly Court is a varied, exciting, and rewarding role. All of our services are unique, being tailored to suit the needs of adults and young people with profound and multiple learning disabilities and physical disabilities, and our teams work hard to ensure that the standards of care and support are consistent and of high quality. No two days are the same at Holly Court, but the role will include supporting with activities, personal care, eating and drinking,supportingand helping with health care needs,including routine checks,attending appointments and social engagements,clinical support in administrating medication andGastronomy care. Encouraging and supporting the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.Our new digitalsystems provide staff with more time to engage with the adults and young people, ensuring we captureall the great work we do.
Your days at Hollybank will be as varied as the people we support, however your typical day to day role will include :
Experience is welcome, but not essential, as all training will be given. You do not need to be a driver to apply for this role.
