A healthcare provider is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist an individual in Cheltenham with complex health needs. The role involves providing personalized care, supporting independence, and following care plans. Candidates should have experience in complex care and a full UK driving licence for day shifts. A face-to-face Assessment Day for this role will take place on Thursday 25th September 2025. Attendance is mandatory as it forms a key part of the interview and selection process if successful at pre-screen.
We're looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to assist an individual living in their own home in Cheltenham. This person lives with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, FND, Gastroparesis and uses a wheelchair at all times, but this does not define them. They have a love of rehoming vintage treasures, creative projects, and gardening.
Local knowledge of Cheltenham and a full UK driving licence are essential to support outings and activities for the day shifts, however not necessary for night shifts.
