The Role :

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Care Assistants to join our friendly team. Youll play a key role in supporting residents with their daily lives, promoting independence, dignity, and choice

Responsibilities :

• Provide personal care and emotional support to residents
• Assist with daily living activities, including meals, personal hygiene, and household tasks
• Support residents in social, recreational, and community activities
• Record and report accurately on residents wellbeing and progress
• Work collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure the highest standards of support
