Qualifications

  • Doit détenir un permis de conduire britannique.

We’re looking for genuinely caring, hands-on Female Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker, you'll help people gain independence in their daily lives, working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of individuals!

Our supported living service in Hove offers a welcoming and friendly environment, where no two days are the same. You’ll be enhancing lives by teaching new skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging community access, socializing, and engaging in activities.

This role is ideal for someone eager to make a real difference, helping individuals grow in confidence and independence to meet their goals, whether it's cooking dinner or going on holiday.

We value the right experience and values. Support Workers should hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible, and composed, have experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans, reflective practice, and working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
