Supply Teachers required for September. Class Education are your excellent, friendly local teaching agency with a collective of over 25 years of experience and we are looking for committed and versatile Supply Teachers to join our team in and around the Herts and Beds area. Thinking about a change in September 2025? Make that change and join us. We are seeking enthusiastic qualified teachers who are eager to make a difference in the lives of young learners while having a work life balance. As a supply teacher for Class Education, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our vibrant educational environments and grow both personally and professionally. The supply work will commence from the new academic year (or immediately if required), covering across all key stages, with flexible short-term, long-term and daily supply available.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching across various subjects and year groups.
  • Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and school environments.
  • Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher or create stimulating lessons as needed.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, ensuring all students are supported and encouraged.
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback to aid their academic growth.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Comfortable covering lessons across national UK curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
