  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintaining a productive learning environment.
  • Engaging students in meaningful learning experiences and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Collaborating with school staff to ensure continuity in the curriculum during regular teacher's absence.
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere for learning.
Qualifications
  • Hold relevant teaching qualifications and are eligible to work as a supply teacher.
  • Possess a valid DBS on the update service (support can be provided to obtain one).
  • Possess strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Have a flexible and adaptable approach to teaching across different year groups and subjects.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Are passionate about education and making a positive impact on young minds.
