The Role:
As our supply chain manager, you will be the operational engine behind our global loyalty marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless flow of goods from manufacturers to customers-while owning supplier relationships, inventory risk mitigation, and returns management. You'll bridge strategy and execution, optimizing costs, risk, and customer satisfaction in a high-impact role.

You will report to the Head of Supply Chain, Europe and work closely with global teams across sourcing, logistics, quality, and commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing partners to ensure timely and efficient production aligned with campaign timelines.
• Design and implement inventory strategies to minimize stock levels while preventing shortages (e.g., buffer stock models, demand forecasting).
• Own returns management: Oversee processes, analyze trends (e.g., defective rates, customer behavior), and implement recovery strategies (reuse/recycle).
• Prepare monthly/quarterly executive reports on KPIs and lead ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision making for the team.
• Use Power BI/ERP/dashboarding tools to visualize insights and recommend actions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics to align supply chain plans with promotional campaigns and customer expectations.
• Work with Quality and Sourcing to resolve production or compliance issues.
• Support global logistics coordination and ensure compliance with shipping and customs requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/ data systems and drive digital tool adoption.
• Occasional visit to suppliers as needed
